Sissi Liechtenstein is the founder and MD of IPR. She previously worked at Peters Fraser and Dunlop where she focused on book dramatisation rights for film, TV and stage. Prior to that she was an Actors and Playwrights Agent at Eric Glass Ltd.

Nadya Menuhin has worked at IPR since its inception and has a thorough knowledge of the roster. She loves successfully matching authors with directors, producers and theatres. When not reading for work she's reading for fun in one of the study carrells in Senate House Library, a habit from her days as a student at UCL where she studied languages.
