Corinne Jaber

Corinne Jaber is of Syrian/German heritage, was born in Munich and raised in Canada and Germany. She is an award-winning actress as well as a writer/director.
Munich Medea: Happy Family, her first play, premiered in New York in February 2024 at WP Theatre, Off-Broadway, in a co-production with PlayCo. She is currently in residency at Macdowell in the US writing her next play as well as developing a new production, Until the Lions, with author Karthika Nair and director Abhishek Majumdar.
She has been part of many international theatre productions such as Peter Brook’s The Mahabharata, A Dybbuk for 2, by and with the late Bruce Myers, Irina Brook's Beast on the Moon and Oh my sweet Land, a monologue which she conceived and co-authored together with Amir Nizar Zuabi as well as acted in.
Her work with Afghan actors in Kabul culminated in a production of Comedy of Errors for the Globe Theatre in London.
The Bus that didn’t stop, her first documentary feature, is in post production.
