Jordi Mand

Jordi Mand is a Canadian playwright based in Toronto. Her first full-length play, Between the Sheets, premiered in 2012 as part of Nightwood Theatre’s ’12/’13 season in Toronto and has since been produced both nationally and internationally and published by Playwrights Canada Press. Other plays include: Co-author of The Speedy (Unspun Theatre/Harbourfront Centre) and Right of Passage (Theatre Yes). Jordi is a resident artist of Theatre Passe Muraille and an Associate Artist with Dutch Uncle Puppetry. She was the ‘13/’14 Playwright in Residence with Nightswimming Theatre and a past member of Tarragon Theatre’s Playwrights Unit. Jordi is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada.
